292 Housing Units Completed in Brookhaven
BRP Companies has completed The Arboretum at Farmingville, a 292-unit residential development in Brookhaven. The $147 million project features a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments, lofts, townhomes, and single-family homes, with 30 units reserved for workforce housing. The development includes a seven-acre publicly accessible park and state-of-the-art amenities including a resort pool, fitness center, and yoga facilities. Construction began in July 2022 with Phase I opening in June 2024.
